All requests must be completed using the community giving request form, which can be downloaded in .PDF format on this page and submitted to the Denney’s Harley-Davidson/Buell Dealer Promotions and Marketing Department.

Requests that are not submitted on the community giving request form and strictly following the Denney's community giving policy, will not be submitted for review by the Community Giving Review Committee.
