"I have to Commend your Parts Dept!!!!. While en route to the Hogs for Dogs Ride 2010 on my 2000 Sportster with my girlfriend, I noticed that the oil reservoir plug had blown apart and was spewing oil all over me and my bike causing a big mess!! I got the bike to your parking lot and went into the parts Dept were I was met by a gentleman who behind the counter, I explained the situation to him that I desperately needed a plug so I could go on the Ride which was in 20 min!!. He searched the catalog and computer but to no avail no plug I was devastated I had not missed a hogs for dogs ride since they started. Then all of a sudden he was like wait I think we can find one that fits off another model, this guy searched for 10 min and found me a plug what a life saver this guy is, AND to top it off he went back in the shop and let me use a bottle of detail spray and some soft clothes to get the oil off my bike and get it looking great again, the ride was great and the food was too thanks to this Great Parts guy Give him a thanks from me and my Girlfriend Thanks Denny's for being a true Harley Davidson Dealer and the outstanding people you have working for you. "

"Live around 40 mi from St Louis and have 4 H-D dealers in this area. Bought my first Harley from one of these dealers, service was terrible after the sale. Tried other dealers in the area and there service departments were the same, acted like they didnt care if they got your business or not, very poor customer srevice. Bought my 09 Streetglide from Denny's of Springfield, everyone was very friendly and helpfull, great bunch of people at Denny's. Service department is by far the best of any dealer I have been to. Brought my bike in last Saturday(02/06/2010) for a recall for a gas tank brace and a service bullitin for the front tire,was in and out in a hour. Great service department, dealers in the St Louis area could take a valuable lesson from Denny's. I will drie the 175 mi to Denny's for future servie and hopefully another new bike. "WOW, I was blown away again this year. The customer service at Denney's is the tops. I am telling everyone what happened again this year. We started to the midwest again on our bikes. We left the POT training in Las Vegas, Nevada and headed to Springfield, MO. our first stop to visit family and friends. As we stopped at the New Mexico state line to do our ABC's of touring the adventure began. The shift lever on Sandy's' 06 Street Bob broke. There was some construction at that point so he told me when we pulled back on the road just to keep going through the construction and he would catch up with me, so I did not worry when he did not come right out. I thought he was messing with his IPOD (again) so I just kept going. He pulled out his trusted roll of duct tape and got his motorcycle rolling again. We stopped in Gallup, NM to gas and he showed me what had happen. I thought it had taken a while to catch me. I asked what he wanted to do nearest Harley dealer was over 100 miles away. He said the duct tape will hold until we get to Springfield so Denney's can work on it. That was Sunday. On Monday we called Denney's and told them we would be in town Tuesday night and what had happened. They told us to bring bike in Wednesday and they would get us on our way. We took the bike in on Wednesday and they fixed the shift lever, changed oil, and cleaned the bike up, we had encountered a few bugs while passing through Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. When we picked the bike up I was so jealous because he now had a nice clean bike and I didn't, so I whined about having a dirty bike. I was asked to you have a few more minutes and we will clean yours up. I didn't not need an appointment, not use to that in Arizona. About half an hour later we pulled out on our bikes knowing we had just been to the best Harley dealer in the country again. Oh and about 4 days later I got a follow up call wanting to make sure everything they had done was okay. CUSTOMER SERVICE and a dealership that takes care of its customers. I just want to tell everyone who is involved with Denney's THANK YOU!!!! Jaime thank you for the bandanas and stickers. You are wonderful and it was so great to get to meet one more person at Denney's. SO if you ever get a chance to stop in to Denney's H-D in Springfield, MO. you must do so. They have a good selection of clothing and bikes. I love those V-Rods. The guys at the parts counter took the time to get me a part number for a part I will add to my V-Rod, if they had it in stock they would have put it on for me. I will be back. "I had to move to Denver in October 2007. I needed new pipes and work done on my Ultra that made it impossible for me to bring my bike with me. Jeff Groves (service advisor) told me to bring my bike in and they would store it until my parts came in. Since I knew it would be a while until I could get back to pick it up, I told them that there was no rush. I finally got a chance to return for the bike on 1/29/08. The work done by your service department was A-1. They put it on the dyno and found an extra 14 hp as well as 20 ft/lbs of torque. The weather on that Tuesday had turned to crap, but that didn't stop Jeff from helping me load my bike for the trip back to Denver. I have dealt with a lot of businesses in my life, but none as professonal and helpful as Denney's. Jeff Groves is an excellent service advisor and your service and parts people are the best I have ever dealt with. I hope to move back to Springfield in the next couple of years, but regardless of where I live you now have another dedicated customer. Thank you for your excellent service and give Jeff an extra thank you for me. "

"I just bought my first Harley a 2000 Heritage Softail Classic from a dealership in Wisconsin in June of 07. After returning home I started having some electrical problems, and some fuel milage problems. I called Denney's and talked with the guys in the service department, and made my appointment, which was a couple of weeks out. I'm thinking man it's nice weather the leaf's are changing and I can't ride. I drop the bike off, and a couple of days later I get a call from one of the service guys telling me what the problem is, and what it will take to fix the bike. Which it required some ordering of parts, and some dyno work. Today 11/8/07 I picked my bike up, and man what a differance. I just want everyone to know that, you have to be patient, and willing to wait for good quality work, and that is what Denney's Harley Davidson does. GOOD, QUALITY WORK! "I would like to say WOW. You have the most awesome service department and customer service I have found in ANY Harley dealership that I have visited. Let me explain. My husband, Sandy, and I were traveling across the midwest from May 26th through June 10th this year. We arrived in Springfield on May 30th. I called your office the next day because I needed new rain gear and boots; the old had not held up to the rains across Oklahoma the day before. Also, I noticed that the chain guard had come loose on my V-Rod. You got me right in and fixed up right away. You also checked my bike over and found that I had a broken clamp on my windshield and fixed that. I got new rain gear and boots and a couple of t-shirts. End of story? No. Three days later, we were in Omaha, NE and my phone rang. It was your dealership calling to make sure the repairs were okay and to ask how our trip was going. I was impressed because we had just walked into and out of both HD dealers in Omaha, NE and not one person ever acknowledged us in either store and we were in both stores about 30 minutes each. How refreshing to get your phone call at the end of that experience. Thanks for your great service and restoring my faith that there are dealers out there that care about the customers. I have told every rider I meet, if they are ever in Springfield, MO to make sure to stop by and say hi and support a wonderful HD store. There were several members of my chapter who already knew about you and said that you treated them great too! Would you like to move to Arizona? "On August 19th, 06 my 96 Ultra Oil light came on outside of Springfield traveling down I 44 towards Tulsa. It was late afternoon when this happened. I called the dealership to see if they could bring me some oil. They got that worked out and advised the charge. Bob Swisher delivered my oil and agreed to stay to see if I would be able to get going again. After adding the oil he suggested I follow him to the dealership. As it turned out I'm glad I did as I wouldn't have gotten home with what they found wrong with it. Brian Scott was on duty that day and very busy trying to get things done for customers prior to closing. Rob, back in the shop, explained what was wrong with the bike and was coming in on Monday for overtime and would work on it. He also made some calls to get me a rental car so I could get home. At closing time, Curt was nice enough to drive me to the airport to get the rental car. I picked the bike up the following Saturday. In the parking lot the guy who test drove my bike, I think his name was Chris (sorry if I got his name wrong)(busy gray beard and mustache), came over to me. He advised other things that would need attention in the near future, I wrote them down so I wouldn’t forget. "I bought 2 bikes from Denny's. My nephew made the mistake and bought from another dealer. He had something wrong with his bike and took it to the other dealer, and they said there was nothing wrong with it! I took it to Denny's and they are now replacing the engine due to a defect that was found by looking closer at the bike! That's what I call "Great Service"! "Very Happy with the Dennys dealership. My sales person showed me all of types of bike that would fit my need and my 5'8" size(very important). I have 96 miles on my bike and I love it. There was no trouble equiping my bike with the engine and other accessories I want before the delivery. I am waiting for my 500 miles so we can complete the upgrades. I have owned many bikes used and new including a 1953 Pan head in the 60's but I never bought a Harley brand new. This is an experience that I never had with new Jap and English bikes. " I recently purchased a 2005 Dyna Wide Glide, I was trying to get outside financing, and got the run around for 2 solid weeks. So I went through Denney's and Harley Davidson, and with in hours I was on my way home home with my New 2005 Dyna Wide Glide. I was treated, and still get treated everytime we come in to Denney's as if we are family. I not only recomend Denney's to my friends, but I also tell them not to try and finance there motorcycle anywhere else other then through Denney's and Harley Davidson Financing. The people there are not only Professionals at what they do, but they also treat you as if you are family each and everytime you come back into the store.... "I have dealt with alot of Harley dealerships in the United States from St. Augustine, Florida to El Paso, Tx. In all the years I have been riding, I have never been more satisfied with a dealership than DENNEYS HARLEY-DAVIDSON of Springfield, Mo.I have dealt with them on numerous occassions for the past 4 years. I've owned bikes from a 1952 Panhead to a 1980 FXE Shovelhead. Until I bought a 2002 FXDWG from Denneys in Aug. of 2001.(man, how times have changed)Anyway, let me tell you, from the first day that I walked in to Denneys for a part for my ol shovelhead, I was treated great by all the staff. Brian, the parts manager, helped me out with parts even when it seemed there no hope to find or get them.("back order" I'm sure you've run in to that a time or several times or "discontinued")Brian called around to find a rear wheel to match the front one that I had ordered because of the the back order situation. I feel for Brian cause everyone wants him for help. But I must say the other guys in parts are helpful too, if given the chance. Chris in service is very knowledgable of all the new bikes and old. This man is a walking factory service manual. Thumbs up to you bro. Christie and Holly in motorclothes are the greatest. I am an old dog set in my ways (to an extent) but I know what I like. And when it coms to my boots, They'll order them for me whenever I ask. They're selection of accessories and motorclothes is fantastic. If its out there, they'll get it for you at a reasonable price. Last but not least, the Denneys, Mark is the shit! Great ride routes for the various rides they sponsor. Always great to talk with.I ain't much of a talker but I always enjoy seeing Mark and his beloved dog Princess. Then there, of course, is Amanda. I love this little lady. She runs a well maintained dealership and is very helpful with all my problems, situations or request. If you are ever by Denneys stop in and say hello. Denneys does for Harley, what Harleys do for all of us harley ridin individuals. MAKES US PROUD! Thumbs up to all you at Denneys! There you know that we are all Family!!!!!"
